Description
Diacetyl monoxime can be used with thiosemicarbazide to selectively detect small amounts of urea in
the presence of other nitrogen-containing compounds. A simple method for determination of
urea in blood and urine with diacetyl monoxime- glucuronolactone reagent is presented.
