Product Description: Special grade cleaner also compatible on Aluminium, Zinc, Tin, or any Galvanized Surfaces RXSOL-16-1094-025 is a liquid superior, heavy duty, concentrated acid solution containing accelerators, corrosion-inhibitors & wetting agents.Specifically formulated to remove rust and water scale build-up from boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers, cooling systems, pipeline collection systems etc.Very effective results when is applied.
Fields: Boilers ,calorifiers ,heat exchangers ,diesel engine cooling system ,condensers ,evaporators ,& other types of equipment where rust & scale forms and very compatible with soft metals.
Directions for Use and Dose Rates: The most effective method is circulation for large systems or components like boilers, evaporators, condensers, heat exchangers and generally closed systems that have the capability to circulate at a temperature of approximately 40-60°C, for 6-12 hours and solutions of 10-40% of RXSOL-16-1094-025 in water. Keep in mind that the strength of the solution is analogous to the degree of deposition of scale . In case of small components , the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with degreaser RXSOL OB 1005.
RXSOL-16-1094-025 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 5-30%, depending on the extent of scaling. After using RXSOL-16-1094-025 it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.

For Small Parts Cleaning :
1. Apply undiluted solution to the rust by spraying or dabbing it on (if the object is large), or by submerging the rusted object in vinegar (if the object is small).
2. Allow the RXSOL-16-1094-025 to soak in for 30 minutes. Then, rinse the object off; and dry thoroughly.
3. Repeat the process, if rust remains.

Tips and Warnings
1) Objects may appear black after being soaked in RXSOL-16-1094-025, but should return to their original color after being rinsed in water.

Very effective to remove hardness contaminations after tank cleaning, Usually it is used in a 10 to 20% solution. Smaller parts can be immersed in a plastic bath, After 20 minutes working time they can be rinsed throughly and sprayed off with a powerful water jet afterwards. If hardness contaminations remain after tankcleaning a solution of 0.5 liter per every 100 liters of water is to be injected for about 20 minutes in the automatic washing system. The advised temperature is 75 to 80 ‘C
