In order for us to help you select the products that most closely match your requirements, please supply as much information as possible from the items below.

Purpose of filtration:
• Clarification
• Contaminant removal
• Organism reduction or removal (list specific organism)
• Indicate batch size, flow rate, and desired initial pressure drop
• At what pressure differential are the filters changed-out?
• Do you currently filter water for sterilization?
• How are your filters sterilized before use?
• Do you perform an integrity test? If so, how and when?
• Do you pass ozone through the filters? (Indicate concentration and duration)
• Do you currently clean your filters for reuse? If so, how often and/or how many cycles?
Unless otherwise noted, all cartridges listed are TCW stock items. Other end configurations are available. Call for information.
QMC Depth Cartridges:
• Ideal filter for sterile pre-filtering
• Free of media migration common with some sheet filters
• No binders, adhesives, or chemical additives
• Sanitizable by hot water or chemical sanitizers such as hydrogen peroxide and sterilizable by steam
• Eight retention ranges from 0.1 to 10 µm
• Flow rates of 3 to 5 gpm per 10 inch equivalent for solutions similar to water
One 10-inch cartridge represents approximately 5.5 sq. ft. of filtration area.
