Buffer Capsules will accurately produce 100 ml. of solution at pH 4.00, 7.00 and 10.00. Hydrion Buffers are free flowing soluble powders that prepare clear or color safe solutions in minutes. The set contains 1 vial of each buffer standard, with each vial containing 10 capsules.

Phosphate Buffer pH 7.5: Dissolve 6.8 g of potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate and 1.56 g of sodium hydroxide in 900 ml of water adjust the pH 7.5 with sodium hydroxide solution and dilute with water to produce 1000 ml.
